This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath home is in the popular Cherry Hill Neighborhood just a stroll away from a major grocery store and easy access to the Olympic National Park, down town area, waterfront trail and the Victoria Ferries.
Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor.
The master bedroom is a large room with ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is Jack and Jill style and can accomodate 2-3 twin beds in various arrangements. The 2nd bathroom and laundry facility are located on the 1st floor.
A brand new heat pump provides wonderful warmth in the winter and cooling in the summer.A washer and dryer are located behind bi-fold doors just off the kitchen.
There are great views of the Olympic Mountains from the dining room and front yard. Views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Mount Baker and the lights of Victoria are best from the large back deck, the kitchen, or the master bedroom.
Summer Rates
- $2000 per month including all utilities, water, sewer, electric, garbage, cable TV, Wireless Internet, plus lawn service.For stays of less than one month we are required to collect 10.4% transient accomodations tax.
A $60 cleaning fee is withdrawn from your $250-500 deposit at the end of your stay. - $700 per week for up to 4 people $50 per week is added for a 5th person. A $60 fee is assessed for final cleaning.
Winter Rates
- $1600 per month including all utilities, water, sewer, electric, garbage, cable TV, Wireless internet, plus lawn service. A $60 fee is assessed for final cleaning. Ask about our special rates of stays of three months or more.
- $600 per week for up to 4 people.A room tax of 10.4% is required for stays of less than one month. A $60 dollar fee is assessed for final cleaning.
